The idea
Storing a value is easy until the machine holding it dies. This project uses the Raft consensus algorithm so a cluster of nodes agrees on the data and carries on when one of them fails.
What I built
- Leader election, log replication and automatic failover across a multi-node cluster.
- A gRPC client–server layer so clients can talk to any node.
- A stress-testing tool I wrote myself to benchmark the cluster under concurrent workloads.
Result
Still being built, so no final numbers yet. Benchmarks will go here.
